Scars
Basement Jaxx
The seminal group drops their 5th full length and continue with more of the same crunchy, bassy, real instruments meets club beats, hippie, experimental vibe that’s set them apart from all others from the beginning. The album’s introduction was the initial single, “Raindrops,” first circulated in late summer, which featured a pop perfect simplicity and the ecstatic vocals of Felix Buxton. The album promises quite a few additional hits, and features collaborations on every track, including the one that seemed written in the stars, that with funky, white soul brother turned dance diva Sam Sparro.
